New Year's Eve Nadeshiko-kai Mochi Rice-Cake
On New Year's Eve, we had a Coming of Age Fundraiser, a Mochi Rice-Cake making festival which took place at Rolling Hills Plaza. We sold original Nadeshiko-Kai Recipe Miso Soup with pork, rice cake sets of Tsukitate, sweet sake, and had a Sake Wine-Tasting. Our New Year's Eve event lasted from Noon to 3pm, only three hours, but we had a huge turnout, with many people visiting our booth. Also, many people participated in our rice-cake making event held out of the booth. It was a great success! Thank you very much for everyone who came to the event. Thank you for your hard work everyone who participated as a volunteer during such busy days! I haven't had enough sleep in the last couple of days due to preparations, however, I gladly ended this year with achievement and encouragement! I am deeply grateful to everyone who supports us.
